Meet Anja @ Soul Rise

My yoga story...

My yoga practice grew from a busy and stressful period of my life. I was looking to find balance by managing my stress levels and still finding time to exercise and move my body.

I quickly saw shifts in my physical and mental wellbeing, which led me to fall in love with the magic of yoga and that post class floaty feeling!

​

I’m passionate about sharing the positive shifts that yoga brings to daily life. Whether it’s becoming more aware of your thoughts and breathing patterns, building your strength and flexibility or simply making space in your day to move your body. 

​

Based in Leeds, I teach weekly face to face classes and regular events. I offer private 1:1 and group classes, as well as regular online offerings and retreats across Leeds and Yorkshire.
