Meet Anja @ Soul Rise
My journey began in 2018 during one of the busiest and most overwhelming chapters of my life. Like many women, I was juggling work, responsibilities and a mind that never seemed to switch off.
I first came to Yoga whilst struggling with burnout and low energy, looking for a way to move my body. What I found was so much more than exercise. Yoga gave me space to breathe, slow down and reconnect with myself when life felt relentless.
That experience sparked a transformation in both my mind and body, and what began as stress relief became a lifelong practice rooted in nervous system support, resilience and sustainable wellbeing.
In 2022, I discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with its ability to build strength, stability and confidence from the inside out. Together, Yoga and Pilates create a powerful balance, helping us feel both calm and strong, grounded and capable, on and off the mat.
Today, I help busy women who are carrying a lot, whether that's careers, families, caregiving responsibilities or simply the demands of modern life, find space to reset, restore and reconnect with themselves. Through yoga, Pilates and holistic wellbeing practices, my mission is to help you feel calmer in your mind, stronger in your body and more capable in your everyday life.
Based in Leeds (UK) and Online, I offer classes, corporate wellbeing sessions, private coaching, events, retreats and online programmes designed to support you wherever you are on your journey.
Because feeling well isn't about doing more. It's about creating the space, support and practices that help you come home to yourself, so you can feel calm, capable and connected in everyday life.
