Each session is designed around your goals and energy levels, and may include:

All equipment is provided - all you need is comfy clothes and an hour just for you. These sessions are ideal if you’re new to yoga, managing stress or injury, or want dedicated time to focus on your own wellbeing.

Perfect for hen parties, birthdays, wellness events or just a fun way to gather your favourite people! These sessions are light-hearted, soulful and tailored to your group. Whether you want to relax, energise, or share a meaningful experience together.
I bring all equipment, music and good vibes, and you just bring the group. Everything is planned for you, so you can simply show up and enjoy.
