Join a welcoming community at in-person yoga and pilates classes, designed to support your body and mind. From slow and soothing to strong and uplifting, each class offers a balance of movement, breath and mindful rest. All levels welcome - no flexibility or experience required!

Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays, 6:15pm, Oulton
Hatha is a traditional branch of yoga using physical techniques to balance energies in the mind & body.
We move slowly and deliberately into poses, holding them for a number of breaths which allows us to physically manipulate channels of energy in the body. Incorporating breath work, movement & meditation techniques to build our own practice & tools to still the mind.

Yin Yoga
Wednesdays, 6pm, Woodlesford
Feel your stress melt away in this deeply restorative class, blending Yin Yoga with myofascial release techniques to ease tension and invite relaxation.
This slow, mindful practice targets deep layers of fascia and muscle, helping to release stored tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Through gentle holds and targeted self-massage, you’ll reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and create space for deep rest.
Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and completely relaxed.

Slow Flow
Thursdays, 6:30pm, Rothwell
A slower paced practice with elements of Yin Yang Yoga. We work through a vinyasa inspired flow to get the body moving and energy flowing, followed by a sequence of held postures to stretch and release. We finish the practice with a wind down into savasana (relaxation). You’ll leave feeling relaxed, balanced & grounded.

Mat Pilates Flow
Fridays, 7:15am (45mins), Oulton
A 45-minute Mat Pilates Flow designed to wake up your body and focus the mind.. setting you up for a Feel Good Friday!
The class moves through flowing, low-impact Pilates sequences that build strength, stability, and mobility while supporting good posture and alignment. Expect uplifting, controlled movement with options offered throughout, making the class accessible for all levels - whether you're new to Pilates or have been enjoying it for a while.
You’ll be guided to move with awareness, connect to your breath, and leave feeling strong, aligned, and refreshed. The class finishes with a short series of wind-down stretches, so you step off the mat feeling open, balanced, and ready to take on your weekend!

Vinyasa Flow
Saturdays, 9:30am, Oulton
Start your weekend well with an uplifting Vinyasa Flow, designed to energise body and mind. This dynamic practice links movement with breath, guiding you through creative sequences that build strength, flexibility, and focus.

With flowing transitions and a steady rhythm, we move intentionally to cultivate heat, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Each class closes with a short relaxation to restore balance and integration.
Perfect for those with some yoga experience who enjoy a moving, breath-led practice to start the day feeling strong, clear, and energised.
